Returns and Refunds

We understand that when you buy your products, you need reassurance that you can change your mind, when you want to, and get your money back. To help offer peace of mind we have a 28-day return policy, allowing you to take your time with no pressure to arrange returns immediately.

  • You can return items within 28 days from the date of delivery
  • We can only refund items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging
  • It is your responsibility to pay for return postage and we recommend using tracked delivery, SealStop is not liable for any return parcels that go missing/damaged in transit.
  • Please send your items with your order number and name.


Returns Processing

Refunds on valid returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the items and will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card). If you have not received a refund after this time period, please contact the courier who shipped your return to ensure it has been delivered.

If your return has been delivered and you have still not received a refund after 14 days, please obtain a delivery confirmation from the courier and let us know via email, from here our Customer Service team will be more than happy to advise on the status of your returned items.

Returns on damaged and/or faulty goods.

We must be informed within 7 days from either;

  • The date of delivery or
  • The date when you ought reasonably to have known of the defect (where the defect is not apparent upon a reasonable inspection).

We request that customers inform us of damaged and/or faulty goods as soon as possible to enable us to resolve the issue with the minimum of time and inconvenience. If damaged goods returned are found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you. If you no longer want or require the product, you will be refunded in full, minus any shipping costs.

Otherwise, an exchange will occur and returned shipping costs will be reimbursed.
